Both times I have been here so far, everything was lovely! The food was great and hearty, the vibe was comfortable and cozy, and the service was welcoming. Shout out to Brittany for being extra kind and enthusiastic! Thanks for the great experiences, will definitely be back :)

The Copper Penny has a great location on the south side of Princess Street and close to the Grand Theatre. It's also very visually appealing inside with the reddish walls, wooden chairs and tables and booths, Group of Seven inspired art on the walls, a smart looking bar and giant Copper Penny sculpture on the wall going up to the washrooms. We arrived late on a Sunday morning when there weren't many customers. However, it filled up over the noonhour with smart looking young couples and small groups. There was lots of choice on the 3-5 page menu. One of us ordered the Ciabatta vegetable sandwich and the other a red coloured cod wrap. Both the sandwich and the wrap were quite delicious. Both plates were over-flowing with giant french fries, one with very salty seasoning mixture and the other with a more modest amount of salt. I quite enjoyed my craft beer brewed at a nearby Bath, Ontario brewery. The upstairs washrooms were smart and clean but not accessible at the top of the stairs. Our server was very pleasant and efficient.

This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious comfort food! You have to try it! A great atmosphere with authentic brick and a great vibe, the staff are super friendly, helpful and efficient! And the food is terrific, with their macaroni being a real specialty! Personally, I loved the club sandwich, and the fries are terrific!

Was a recommendation from my co workers, fantastic food! Atmosphere is good, service was fast and friendly. Spinach dip, deep fried pickles, French dip and Thai chicken wrap.

So many delicious options to pick from but you can never say no to their burgers and fries! The Chipotle Spinach Dip is must if you love Spinach Dip with a twist!

Great place to stop for lunch, I had the French dip and my husband had a spicy crispy chicken burger. Our food arrived super fast (minutes)! It really hit the spot. Staff were really friendly as well. We will come back next time we're in town!
